Agreement

By using TheraMind at www.aitherapist.health, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What TheraMind is

TheraMind is an AI-powered wellness and emotional support tool. It is not a licensed therapist, medical provider, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it does not prescribe medication.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Use TheraMind for personal, non-commercial emotional support
• Provide accurate information where requested
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Do not use the service for illegal activity or to harm others

Free tier and upgrades

New accounts receive a limited number of free user messages (currently 15 lifetime). Additional usage may require a paid plan. Pricing and limits may change; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. The one and only way to reach out to the team for anything, including upgrade options, is via email at team@aitherapist.health.

Not for emergencies

TheraMind is not designed for crisis or emergency situations. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent clinical care, contact a licensed mental health professional or local emergency services. TheraMind may end a session and display a brief safety message when certain language is detected; we do not contact emergency services on your behalf.

AI limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you use information from TheraMind. Always use your own judgment and seek professional care when needed.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

TheraMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific therapeutic outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheraMind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
